Issued the moment payment clears — on screen and by email.
Eligibility
Who can apply
Age counted as on 31 December 2026.
- Applicant must identify as female.
- Applicant must be a resident of Karnataka.
- Applicant must be unmarried at the time of application.
- A valid government photo ID and age proof are required.
- The decision of the Chittara jury is final and binding.

Online screening
Every completed application is reviewed by the Chittara panel. Shortlisted applicants are contacted by email.

City auditions
In-person auditions across Karnataka — introduction, ramp walk and a short interview.

Grooming and mentorship
Selected finalists take part in a residential grooming programme with industry mentors.

The televised finale, judged by a panel from film, fashion and public life.
