Kannada film actor

Raana, whose original name is Abhishek, is an emerging Kannada actor and the younger brother of popular actress Rakshitha Prem. Coming from a family closely connected with the film industry, he made his acting debut with Ek Love Ya (2022), directed by his brother-in-law Prem. Rather than rushing into films, Raana has taken time to choose roles that allow him to develop as a performer. He later returned with the romantic thriller Elumale (2025), directed by Punit Rangaswamy, where he played the lead alongside Priyanka Achar. The film gave him an opportunity to explore a more intense and emotionally layered character and helped showcase his potential as a young actor. With his film background, growing screen presence and focus on performance-oriented roles, Raana is steadily creating his own identity in Kannada cinema.
